Return and Refund Policy for Online Store:
- Terms of return: Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving items purchased directly from PPI
- State of return: Items must be unworn and undamaged for refund to be accepted
- Reason for return: We will only accept returns if sale is not final and purchase was incorrect or item was damaged during shipping
- Process for return: In order to process a return please reach out to us by phone or email and we will start the process within 48 business hours
- Process of refund : Refunds will be issued immediately upon receival of undamaged returned items
Refund/Cancellation Policy for Training:
- At Premier Performance Institute we take great pride in delivering top-quality training and coaching services to our clients. Payment is to be collected before any training is done. If, for any reason, training sessions cannot be conducted during scheduled hours, we will work with you to schedule make-up sessions as soon as possible.
- Once a reservation/event is scheduled with Premier Performance Insititute, there will be no refund.
- Cancellation of any scheduled events with Premier Performance Institute will result in a full charge of the program/event price. This policy is in place to ensure we avoid unnecessary costs and keep accountability with your training. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
